I respond to those 2/3 negative reviews. 1 These people who wrote certain reviews probably entered the business only once. 2 Those who know us know very well how much we care about the quality of the products and the cleanliness of the place, the sandwiches are made individually by hand one by one at 6 in the morning and then cooked. Bread is baked every hour until 7pm in the evening. Bread and rolls are taken with a special glove which is used only and exclusively for that. Fortunately, the sandwiches, bread and all the products we sell to the public run out every day, very often at 1pm customers would like some sandwiches but unfortunately for them and fortunately for us, we no longer have any. If we sold frozen sandwiches as that great gentleman writes in the review, we would have hot sandwiches at all hours, since this is not often the case and at 1pm we no longer have sandwiches, and customers have to make do with bread . 3 As for the bags, the sheets of paper and all the wrappings we use for bread, they are all and I repeat ALL for food. The transparent plastic sachet is a food sachet, perhaps the gentleman who wrote about the sachets doesn 't know it. To wrap the bread we use the sheet of paper and, if necessary, the paper bag. 4 As for those comments in which they call us thieves or tell us that it is shameful to charge 0.10 cents for a sachet. People who go to supermarkets (Conad, Lidl, Eurospin or any other chain) know very well that any of them charges for a plastic sachet. Anyone who goes around various shops and buys various items that may be food or any other type, knows that everything has increased excessively and consequently we small traders have to adapt to the change, making sure to keep prices accessible for everyone, does not depend on us and our customers know it!! Expensive and unpleasant bread, there is little hygiene, and a lot of incompetence, especially the second son is an incompetent half-wit who frequently changes the bread to customers who return it to him, and which should not be changed after purchase. Plus the use of poor quality plastic bags as bread wrappers, and plus they charge 0.10 cents for a disgusting plastic bag, but aren't they ashamed? Highly not recommended!!
