Avaliação da contribuiçãoI asked for a salad told the lady what I wanted on the salad as I was prompted and when finished I asked for the salad to be chopped and she refused. She stated that when she started she asked if I wanted a regular salad and I said yes, therefore they could not chop it for me. I don 't even understand how that makes any sense?! But for future reference, I guess a regular salad is large unchopped vegetables, and no they don 't have knives either.
I had the worst experience at this restaurant! I asked if I could share a footlong sandwich since both sandwiches were the same price, and the lady said it was fine. However, when it was time to pay, the server named Taylor said that because I had a voucher, there was a price change, and I couldn't use my voucher for this sub. I also ordered another sub, and she put it in the toaster without asking if I wanted cheese. Instead of just adding cheese to my original sub, she ended up toasting the second one again without my request. It was so burned that I couldn't even eat it! I've never had issues like this here before, but it seems like the new staff isn't properly trained.
When it comes to subways, this one is quite average. It's small with limited seating. However, the staff is consistently friendly and ensures that my sub is made correctly every time. The chips and drinks are always well-stocked, and the cookies are always fresh and soft. Overall, I would consider this a decent subway. If you have a bit more time, I recommend taking the extra effort to visit the one on Hoadly next to Harris Teeter.
During my one visit to this restaurant, I found myself waiting in line behind another customer, only to be told that I needed to go to the back of a different line. Frustrated by this, I decided to leave rather than wait behind three other people who arrived after me for my food.
