Avaliação da contribuiçãoI was just here twice. both of them were to celebrate Mother's Day. it is a very nice restaurant and surprisingly it was not packed. eating is great and is the atmosphere. I will come back in definitiw.
Overall decent food. Guacamole likely wasn't fresh made. Beyond Burger was pretty basic. My wife though her iceberg salad was so so. Truffle fries we good. Ambience and decor were excellent. Service was as awesome.
My husband and I eat here at least once a year when we’re in Dallas, and this year didn’t disappoint. I was very glad I made a reservation because it was pretty busy but the hostess, who was so very pleasant, sat us right away. Our server was very personable and made great suggestions, however, he wasn’t able to be as attentive as I think he would normally be because he had several tables and I think there were only two servers. The steak was impeccable and the dessert our server suggested was absolutely wonderful. It was large enough for us to share. That being said, the “sides” with the salad was more of a smear under the steak for presentation. Overall it was top notch.
The food was amazing and Carlos provided great service for our business team dinner!
Traveling to DFW over Easter weekend and wanted a great brunch experience. So of course I make a reservation at The Renaissance Dallas thinking this brand would definitely understand customer service... and nope... this was NOT it. We paid over $110 per person to eat cold nasty food, fatty ham, even more fatty prime rib with foldable metal tables, loud pop music and nasty food all over the floor with awful horrible service. The staff spoke Spanish to each other fighting for who was going to actually come take our dirty buffet plates off our table while filling our water glasses that were empty for over half an hour (yes, staff... yo hablo Español). I was appalled. We would have had much better food and service anywhere else... So very, extremely disappointed.
