Dunkin' - Dallas

If I could, I would leave zero stars. The worst customer services, the manager was rude, I paid my whole order and didn't get my free coffee, and the worst part, they stole my points for my free coffee?

The coffee was great! The pastry was fine. Customer service wasn't great. It was my first time in a Dunkin Donut, they couldn't be fathom that I never had been before. They were nicer when they realized that I was new...?

I just went through the drive thru to get my mobile order and they made my 2 drinks wrong. I was the only car there and they were not busy, id get it when there was a rush or other cars, but there was none. I saw one of the women put her fingers in the drink while she poured him into the cup, at least I understand if the glove had, but she didn't. When I saw a bite from my first mini all bagel, I saw there was an eyelash on the floor, so I stuck the whole area away. really disgusting!

The plant was dirty. My wife and I went to the front door. There was a woman who had many piercings and a really bad attitude. I understand that the job is not great, but you don't have to be mean to customers. My wife really wanted donuts and we had traveled a way here. My wife really loves Dunkin' Donuts. These were old and dry as well as rude service in a dirty plant. beyond the disappointment?

We just had such a great experience here at this location. Not only we're the employees helpful to us but they were all working with each other and it was honestly such a breath of fresh air. We love our spooky Halloween tumblers super! We got coffee and lunch and donuts as well and the coffee was some of the best coffee from dd I've had. The food was cooked awesome and the donuts were fresh and not only looked amazing but tasted even better! I wish I would have gotten names of the employees but honestly everyone was so great. All these other comments talk about bad service and I think everyone needs to slow down and enjoy themselves. We were in no hurry and had a great experience! Thank you again!
