Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe love this Taiwanese restaurant. It reminds me of home. Beef noodle is very good, pork dumplings are tasty, popcorn chicken is yummy, the only thing I think could be better is the skin of wonton could be thinner a bit. It tasted like eating a bao instead of a wonton. Overall we love it.
I made the mistake of ordering the orange chicken and the brisket fried rice. Everything tastes like vinegar I mean everything and smoked chili, which is 20 years old. I ordered over Uber food. Otherwise I would have taken the food back. Even my dog grew up in food. Don?t recommend a cup of water from this place.
Pig meat soup is literally all oil not broth... Smoked lace fried rice is decent, but it tastes like its artificially smoked taste. Chicken soup is good. Well divided. The restaurant played hardcore crylo music... not what people want to immerse, especially...
I'm so sad I was wasting my money. We couldn't even eat most and just throw away. I really hope I'm not getting sick. The pouring dough was teig and the meat inside was pink and RAW. The Dan Dan noodles were the ONLY decent tasting and there was quite a lot of noodles soaked in oil. My two kids and I just split it because it was late and we didn't want to go back. The hot spicy beef soup was literally sharp with ZERO taste. That was a TERRIBLE experience. We should've stuck on Ramen. Finally I ordered online and was said would be ready in 20. Drove had to pick up and wait for 30 minutes in the parking lot before I finally asked employees what update was on order and they returned with food saying that it just came. Terrible service to fit terrible food. The guy was nice, but definitely inconspicuous for the counter and commands coming.
Chef Tim genuinely cares about food quality and his customers. He also provided excellent customer service going above and beyond, showing leadership ability. I tried the soup, stir fry and orange chicken. The food is flavorful and cooks fast with that street food touch. The brisket is so tender, melts in your mouth. The broth has an excellent complex flavor. Beef stir fry has an amazing sauce with noticable umami flavor. Cucumber salad has a mild Kimchi flavor with a light citrus, great palate cleanser. Orange chicken was flavorful, but not very crispy, but that's a personal preference. They do run out of ingredients, which upper management needs to improve. But overall, a good experience.
