Absolutely evil disgusting cold uncooked pommes have been devastated vegetables have been devastated the worst sonic ever close this place down before you hurt people someone or get someone sick absolutely incredible

You are constantly out of ice and the stalls are broken without signs that say out of order so that you are sitting there then have to be broken to another kiosk only for it also! They always close early.

On 24. May 2022 I made a purchase of food and dishes by the APP. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told the ice machine was broken. They offered me another article in the menu, but coming to the whole point to Sonic was the Shakes. During a previous visit, the same happened, and then I switched the shakes for some drinks, but this time I only wanted my money back. I was referred to the App Customer Service. I called them right away, and the deal they wanted to offer me was the money I paid for the Shakes. So I was transferred to escalate my refund. I called at least 6 times to get my refund. On 7/13/22 the regional manager called me. He said it was the first one he heard about because my earlier attempts were classified as closed except this last call. He told me this ice machine always goes out and he ordered a new one, but it takes 4 months to get. He wanted to send me my refund via a bar app and I refused that he said he would send me my refund. I wrote my address to him on 7/13/22, and on 7/15/22 he wrote to me that his manager takes care of it today. On the 8th/5/22 I wrote to him that I have not yet received my refund. He is still waiting to reply to me or receive my refund. This is unacceptable customer service. No one should have to work so hard for their own money. I never had this problem in my life. On a good note the food was good.
