Starbucks - Dallas

Little over rated. I hate spending that much on coffee, but if I do I want it to be great. The iced chocolate cream was excellent.

The drinks are good and well made but most of the people who work here are rude and make you feel judged

I love when the store manager (Melissa) works in the morning. She?s always super energetic, and makes the drive-thru line go by super fast. All I have to say is ?Good morning? and she already knows who I am, and what I get.

They were out of ingredients of a couple of popular drinks. Best to call ahead to check if they have stock in what you want. The person taking our order was pleasant, so we are giving it a 5 star.

This location disappoints me every time. Ok this day I asked for an ice coffee, almond milk, and cold foam. This is just sad, if you ever gotten cold foam you know it doesn?t look like this. On other occasions I have come here and asked for a caramel cloud macchiato, no syrup and no caramel (diet restrictions). Got my drink and and what did it have? Syrup. I went inside to say something and the first thing the barista did was well at me. I worked at Starbucks for a year and I know what a drink with syrup looks like. I just left because I understand baristas are stressed all the time. The next week I went and ordered the same thing, syrup again. I don?t understand why the employees are getting confused, I put it in terms they should understand. Are they not getting trained properly?
