The app is complete garbage and nobody is accountable for the app. The is zero ability to talk to a live person at corporate location what so ever. It really shows the do not care about customer service at all. Looking at other options at this point rather pay more for a company that prides themselves on customer service.
Smoothie King never fails to impress with their delicious and nutritious smoothies. I remember one time, after a long, tiring workout, I stopped at Smoothie King looking for something refreshing. The staff recommended a custom shake based on my nutritional needs. It was exactly what I needed: refreshing, energizing, and surprisingly tasty. Each visit is a new opportunity to try different combinations and I always leave feeling satisfied and revitalized. It is the ideal place for those looking for a healthy and delicious option, whether to recover after exercise or simply to enjoy a nutritious snack.
I was fraudulently charged $50 using their app to order a smoothie This has never happened before and now I do not trust ordering things through their app I literally had to call my bank to dispute this and this is definitely a financial inconvenience
They were closed at 8:45 when their Business hours say 9:00 pm and I knocked on the window and two of the workers completely ignored me. I’ve had poor service here before. The Manager/owner(not sure) is very kind a hard worker but unfortunately his employees are not the best.
This is the third time I 've convinced myself to go and spend money at the Smoothie Factory. And the third time I was told, We aren 't taking any orders- our machines are down. Quiet peculiar that it just so happens to be 8:30 pm and the store closes at 9:00 pm. (Promptly, one could wager. Well, I won 't be back a fourth go around and I will just take my dollars somewhere that is elsewhere.
