Shire Breu-hous - Dalton

Seriously impressed! We had an IPA, a Sour, charcuterie for an appetizer and two paninis. Service was fast and friendly, beers were awesome, food was outstanding! Also it’s Beautiful in here! Highly recommend! We’ll be back for sure!

Went to Shire Breu-Hous for the first time on 5/4/18. The beer and food were excellent and the place has a really cool atmosphere. I'll definitely be back soon.

Visited the Shire Breu-Hous for the first-time last night and we were very impressed. They are in the bottom of the renovated Stationary Factory which gives the place a cool vibe. The parking lot is in the back and the entrance is in the front, just fyi. The food was outstanding! We ordered 3 appetizers: bacon/bourbon, olive bowl, and 3 dips that came with pretzels and bread for dipping. The food was fresh and prepared perfectly. They have a great beer selection, wine, and a pretty good selection of liquors to choose from. Very eclectic crowd of people; from young professionals, to friends getting together, to a couple of families, to couples out on date night. Love this place! We will be back.

Shire is a great addition to night life in Dalton. The design and atmosphere could go toe to toe with any big city bar or restaurant, great design, lots of details and perfectly lit. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I went last night with my parents, we had great beer (the aptly named Bay State Best Bitter, and Firemen's Red) and a filling meal. I highly recommend the bourbon pork belly bites as an app, and it's great to see the kitchen keep growing and putting out more ambitious meals. Well worth the trip, thank you team Shire!

What a fantastic venue. I recently went for the first time to hear some fantastic jazz and enjoy some very tasty fresh pale ale. The bar area is a great room, the beer is excellent, and they are bringing in outstanding music. I look forward to checking out the food, more music downstairs, and bigger music events upstairs. I highly recommend this great place.
