Steak Out - DALYELLUP

We found out as we walked it that it was no longer a steakhouse but was "better now". The food was nice, small menu but well cooked however service was lacking. Too many servers with not enough service. The decor lacks warmth and atmosphere. Overall a bit disappointing for the price tag.

All staff were extremely friendly, helpful and funny. To the point I couldn't decide out of 2 of the mains and was given advice as to which meal to choose depending on how hungry I was.We really liked the booths they have as they are quite private considering it was our "Date Night" the setting was quite appropriate. Appropriately my Husband had the Scotch Fillet Steak and was very impressed, cooked just to his liking. Not a huge selection on the menu but enough to please most people. The service from all staff was spot on, would definitely go back.

The meal was nice, but simple. The staff were efficient and provided ok service. We ordered steak's and parmigiana. Meal sizes were large and expensive compared to Perth prices currently. There drinks were limited and didn't do vodka lime and soda's.

TERRIBLE took my Daughter for her birthday. We got same Steak cooked different and they mixed them up. Steak was dry potato was under cooked and Service was non existent no one checked on us then didn't even offer a discount. Never again.

Auf der Suche nach einem Steakhouse wurden wir beim Steakout in Bunbury fündig. Die Atmosphäre, Speisekarte, etc. versprachen einiges. Da wurde z. B. mit den verschiedenen Garstufen (rare - mediumrare - medium - done - well done usw.) angegeben. Als Vorspeise bestellte ich Beef-Ribs welche auch sehr gut waren. Als Hauptspeise bestellte ich ein 300gr Steak - medium gebraten! Leider bekam ich eine "Schuhsohle" well done serviert! Nach Reklamation nahm die Serviermitarbeiterin das Steak ungern zurück und nach ca. 40min bekam ich ein Neues serviert! Dies war noch schlechter als das erste gebraten - also very well done! Zu allem Übel war bei meiner Freundin eine Spinne im Salat! Der Koch hat seinen Beruf hier definitiv verfehlt! Dieses Steakhouse ist mit Abstand das schlechteste, was ich bis jetzt erlebt und gegessen habe! Nicht zu empfehlen und nie wieder!
