Mcdonald's - Damascus

It's one of the worst McDonald's. always get sent to the reserve drive thuru window no matter what you order. There also now reason to wait 30 mins just for cold fries

A nice location in Damascus. Friendly service and a clean location.

I came in for brunch and had this rude white lady with tattoos , I had an order of a large iced coffee and a iced macchiato. She refused to remake the large iced coffee and was just being rude with me the whole time . On my end i did complain about the sizes she gave , which i thought the medium drink was like a water cup , but i could understand that for every drink station cup sizes are different. But i didn’t appreciate her attitude and service. Meanwhile i had a younger hispanic employee who witnessed what was going on between us and she offered to re make my order which i was thankful for , may god bless her soul . But this lady needs to fix her attitude towards customers.

Before politics I really enjoyed watching TV while enjoying my meal.

Seems that every time I visit I have to go to the second window... not the most convenient for everyone involved.
