Burgerfi - Dania Beach

I ordered the ultimate bacon cheeseburger with french fries and a glass of Coke. Unfortunately, the cup they give you is extremely small and extremely overpriced, however, Briyana suggesed I get a bottle of coke for the same price. The manager Dave was awesome instead of having to rewrite a ticket, and repurchasing, he just gave me what I wanted, without a fuss, Dave the manager, you are all right. I had no idea that people still remember what customer service is. Now, on to the food... The ultimate bacon cheeseburger is exactly as advertised. ANGUS BEEF. This is not low grade beef. Yummy cheese. Yummy burger patties. Full of flavor. Bun is the right size and thickness. For the record, I love French Fries more than I want to admit. These are my favorite fries in Florida. Cooked to perfection. I've eaten fries that are horrible, because they are overcooked or undercooked. BurgerFi it's a grandslam with these french fries. If you're interested they also variety of toppings for the fries. I will return. After all, I need to try the VegeFi Burger and I want to see how they cook the Beyond beef burger. Happy stomach makes me happy. The way to my heart is through my stomach. Happy Food is life.

BurgerFi has great food. The VeggieFi is the best veggie burger I've ever had at a restaurant. This location is fantastic! It might be new, I'm not sure, but it's super clean and looks new, even if the building isn't new. The service was amazing. I walked in, placed my order, and was out in 5 minutes with my delicious food. If you've never been to BurgerFi, you need to go. If you have been, you should try this location because it's awesome!

I go here once a week but have not been this whole month (October 2021). The food is horrible. The burger is a joke. It looks like something from McDonald?s. Pictures included. Also, all the staff quit. I cannot be mad at the staff who was working for the horrible food and long wait. I blame the owner. The ex employees were all so kind and the food was always amazing. So it appears to the owners issues. I would not eat at this BurgerFi.

This was our 4th time at this location. From 5 ???? today I'm downgrading to 1. Food and service has gone downhill a lot. At the beginning, a few months ago, everything was impressive, today it was a big disappointment. Long wait, the spicy chicken was a joke, dry with almost no sauce with 3 slices of cucumber, paid for large fries and received small ones. I went to the service desk to ask if they were big, they said they bring the right one right away. I also notified them that the sandwich is dry. after that I heard comments about me in the kitchen and laughs, that is unacceptable. The music was very loud, it was hard to talk at the table. After eating, there was nowhere to throw away the packaging because the garbage overflow the garbage cans.

Burgers were ok overpriced to be honest, plus cold fries and burnt. I didn?t even order fries I ordered onion rings so were disappointed about that. Also ordered curbside, which I ended up having to go inside to get. People aren?t lying either the employees ignore you which is hilarious. The response is also hilarious to this as I haven?t been contacted about anything, when I went on the website that night. Poor customer service will just spend money elsewhere not that they care.
