The Bistro At Browns - Dartmouth

Nice place. Great service and good place to eat. Food was good but not perfect. My Pomme purée was just plain mash potatoes. Needed butter and or cream imo. The duck breast was nicely cooked however. Amazing cheese course. Wine by the glass is a little limited in choice but the two I tasted were both good although relatively pricey. Overall I really enjoyed my evening and will definitely go back for another day.

Most restaurants in Dartmouth seem to have uniform pricing for their meals, with starters at £9.50, main courses at £25.00, and desserts at £9.50. However, the quality of the food doesn't always match the prices. In this particular restaurant, the main course was well-presented and of good quality.

Was on holiday with my mum and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience at Brown's. Staff we so very helpful and friendly. Food was outstanding, as was service. Lovely surroundings. Will return when holidaying in Dartmouth again.

We were staying at Browns Hotel and meeting friends for dinner. Excellent choice of venue and food. Table service was excellent and the waitress was fantastic
