Horrible service! Overcharged for additional toppings that I did not ask for. When I called to speak with them they hung up on me again and again. Terrible service! Rude and uneducated employees!!! UPDATE: spoke with the owner of Giardino (he calledme) to rectify the situation. He carefully reviewed his systems and he knew what transpired in my situation described above wascorrect. He fixed things for me. I was happy because I truly love this place. The salads and soups are very very good withfresh ingredients.

Food is pretty good, but when the service comes with a bad attitude (not once, but twice), it 's a no-go for me. There are just too many other places with pretty good food that don 't come with a side of moody, angry, temperamental employees. I hope thiswas just bad luck two days in a row (and almost $100 down). I 'm not going to try for a third...yet.

Followed a Yelp review and was not disappointed. They have salad creations already available on the menu or you can go big and create your own. Since I?m indecisive I went with the Greek village and it was delicious and fresh. I went back the second dayand ordered the Parisian which the lady told me to try with their mango pineapple chicken! What a great salad. I ordered thenormal size and had enough for two servings! Will be back again soon.

Even when you order online, it is not quick. They prioritize people who come in line. It?s very slow and they are always understaffed. Do not come if you are coming on a lunch break with a time limit. However they did address the problem and issuea refund so I?m changing the one star to a 3 star due to the prompt customer service help online.

I had the Parisian sandwich with turkey and goat cheese, and it was delicious! The customer service was excellent. I will definitely be coming back!
