Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe have enjoyed many pre-theatre meals here and the food and service are always excellent. Service is exemplary and the staff very knowledgeable on the menu and wine list. Good selection of interesting wines by the glass and 'share plate' format works well for a light or more substantial meal. The restaurant is small and while it feels 'al fresco', is undercover and the overhead heaters make it cosy in Winter.
We had 3 delicious shared plates between 4 of us. This was accompanied by excellent wines. The staff were aware that we were going to the theatre consequently service was prompt and we arrived at the theatre in plenty of time.
Dined here with my daughter prior to the theatre. Service was prompt and efficient and staff understood we were going to the theatre as were most of the other diners we were told. The share plates menu is not huge but well priced and the food absolutely YUM.The total for 2 of us with 3 glasses of wine and 3 share plates was $99 so although not cheap it is not expensive either. The view over Walsh Bay on a mild March evening was a great way to relax. Highly recommended.
A small restaurant located at pier 6/7. Open on one side to the wharf and water. This makes a great setting that is both intimate and casual. Good for up to parties of four. Four of us shared potatoes, egg plant, meat balls, and hamachi. My favorite was the chopped hamachi served on betel leaves. The portion was surprisingly large. The potato slices were a cold dish with a light dressing. The meat balls were in a delicious tomato-based sauce. I wasn't as impressed with the egg plant, which I usually love.Service was prompt and friendly. Even though we took a long time to choose our dishes we didn't feel pressured. The only negative is that the pinot noir was served above room temperature.I though the price for our meal was reasonable for this quality, service an atmosphere.
This place is tops! Great atmosphere and views. The service and food were excellent. Tapas food deliciously prepared, every thing was great. The staff were helpful, prompt and friendly. Good wine list and my sparkling water glass was never empty. This is not a tourist spot lots of locals here and at $60 per person good value. Highly recommend
