Gdi Bistro - Dawson Creek

Was a while in a nearby hotel, so I often found myself in the restaurant. Most of the service was excellent. The young lady with glasses was absolutely amazing. Always friendly and on the ball. The red head girl always offered me a great service. The girls always had recommendations for me and remembered my drinks, and my food was always stellar. My only complaint comes from the couple of times that I went to breakfast during the week. The older woman worked often stressed behind, and rather unprofessional at many times. She always seemed to struggle with the computer system that they had to move things more slowly. Everything all around impresses with food, server and cleanliness. Will definitely return when I'm back in town.

The small bistro is located in the hotel (if you miss it from the street), is a beautiful small place for a delicious breakfast. The waitress was very nice and prompt. We ordered the French toast tower, and it was really delicious. Very home restaurant / dining room. Nothing fantastic or exquisite, simply good ol fashion diner experience.

My last meals here have not impressed me, 2 out of our 3 tables were crisp, the last time I was here our waitress was friendly enough, but they are order to take on a tablet system is really slow it seems it took our waitress 10 minutes to take our 5 orders. my food was good, but some of our meals were not right.

Free breakfast if you stay at the hotel. The server disappeared after the food drop. Eggs were casual (ordered over light) hash browns were burned, sausage was over boiled and cheap. You really don't care if you enjoy the food No return visit to ask how the food was!!

Terrible! I waited 10 mins before ordering our drinks, my fork had dirty old cheese stuck to it, when I got my apple juice there was a hair in it, food took a long time to get there and was disgusting, I sent it back and did not order anything else. Eggs were microwaved, waitress argued with me and said they were not. Will not go back. Don't recommend this to a starving person
