we stayed for a week in the hotel dax and ate lunch and dinner in their restaurant, escale sur adour, from the days. the chef cedric really did a fantastic job....

a map with not very original dishes of the classic a large room but without soul a very beautiful terrace

with homemade fries and an excellent salad. Smile of lamb fries house and salad with very sweet and very hearty pomelos with multiple cakes melting to the caram...

the dishes served are of quality but the service is much too long especially one evening where there was very little world in the large room.
