As christmas approached, there were few options in the region we were in, so we ended up here twice. the room was not drill holes and we were directed on tables from the counter. there was a good handful of clearly marked vegan (on request) options, but it was disappointing that some elements, like the Indian roti, which can be easily vegan, were not. the waiting staff was helpful and over two nights we tried the red and green curries, the stir fried vegetables with satay sauce (all $19.90, and with tofu plus $1), and the stir fried tofu with cashew nuts, bonfire and soy sauce 21.90) everything was good, sweet despite, especially the curries, although one of our promptly mentioned. I found myself wondering why I had ordered a court that was largely bonfire, and then I remembered it was because of the cashews. a valid dinner option if in or around daylesford.
Honestly better than a Thai food I had in melbourne. we had the fried tofu entree, green curry and sweet and sour stir frit. the portions were generous, everything was really delicious and we didn't have to wait long. would definitely recommend, they have a fairly decent vegan options menu with a lot of variety.
Tom yum suppe followed by crispy tofu red curry and pad thai. eating was really good. the environment was a bit cramped.
High quality authentic Thai dishes, although they have been toned down a bit (spicy wss and tang-wise) for the avg Australian taste palette. Service was very friendly and quick. Will definitely return
