Carmens Deli Bistro - Dayton

Came by chance and were blown away completely. everything was incredible. eating, service, cleanliness. the owner recommended a falafel pita and rueben. the falafel was authentic and the rueben was the best I had. the herb is made in the house. the owner and the personal ensured that we take care of every step of the way. everyone kindly greeted us and checked us all our experience. to make sure that our food, drinks and the whole food was nothing but great. the history of the owner is nothing but amazing. his real spirit and his commitment to the creation of quality staff, not to mention the fresh tasty foods make this restaurant one of my absolute favorites in the dayton area. we can't wait to come back!

This is a gem.... They were obviously very short staffed yet no one complained, they interact well with the guests, food was excellent, I had the tuna melt and it was delicious... we will be back, if you are downtown Dayton give them a try, you will be glad you did.

I've eaten several times here, I'll be back. eating is great, the service is even better. carmen can never joyfully welcome any of his customers with a smile. he really wants them to have the best experience when they visit. he asks his guests to work their names to maintain relationships with everyone. the truthahn club is fantastic I recommend getting rid of it. I'm back in a definitiw.

Fresh. Fresh. Fresh. This deli had excellent reviews. I was cycling the Great Miami River Trail and found myself in downtown Dayton at lunch. It's a short few blocks from RiverScape in an office tower. The food and service was amazing. I had the southwest chicken wrap that was perhaps the best wrap I have eaten. The amazing side of a mideastern salad of chopped veggies in a deliciously spiced dressing was the star of the show. The owner was attentive, proud of his business, and proud of his recipes from his family. I can't recommend this deli more. I will return on my next visit to Downtown Dayton.
