Avaliação da contribuiçãoExcellent food and service on par with some of the top London restaurants. Will come back. Had the 70 euro set menu can’t fault
We were recommended to eat at this restaurant as it was nearby to our hotel and open on mondays. We selected from the set menu selection very expensive) and did have a very good dinner. For 3 courses, cheese and wine the bill came to over £200 ! Unfortunately not until we got back to our hotel did we check the bill to find we had not been charged the set menu price but for each individual course separately on the menu. So do beware it may have been an honest mistake or because we were obviously tourists! As the restaurant was then shut the following 2 days we were unable to question this with them. The waiter was not at all friendly and rushed us even though there could only have been a max of 10 diners. The food was very good. Worth the money? Certainly not! For the next few days we traveled into deauville where the selection was greater and found restaurants offering a similar standard but with friendliness, courtesy and a smile , as well as better value for money. Convenience does not mean the best!
Excellent meals. Reasonable prices. Efficient staff. We ate there twice in the evening and were very satisfied.
Escape pricey Deauville in this lovely French auberge. Four course evening menu for 33€. Top marks!!
We had the best meal of the week here, and we only do top restaurants. A neighborhoody restaurant, simple and charming, with a very knowledgeable chef.I had his two specialties sweetbreads (ris de veau) and tarte tatin. Both were phenomenal, spectacular. And not terribly expensive for the quality of the food.
