Panda Express - Defiance

My favorite Panda Express ever. As a sales rep who does a lot of catering regularly, they do as good of a good if not better than anyone else I work with. Very very pleased with them every time.Food: 5/5

I have been to this Panda Express location several times but today the food was the best it has ever been so decided to leave a review! The customer in front of me was very rude to the employees but they did a good job at trying to be friendly and help her as best they could keeping it professional. I've been there three times. Loved the first two visits through the drive through!But this last we went in girl didn't know nothing bowls where empty and I usually love Chicken and mushrooms but hardly any mushrooms and zucchini in it was very disappointing.Food: 3/5

We went durning dinner time, and they were very busy. There was a family at the front of the line getting a large to go order that had at least 20 items and kept adding things on and making the cashier flustered but she handled it very well and never stopped smiling and being polite. After the large order was done she helped the rest of us in line (all the way to the door) very quickly. By the time I grabbed my silverware, filled my drink, and sat down the line was already done. I had to wait on some items for my meal and they brought them out to me at my table fresh and I didn’t have to wait very long for those either. I was extremely impressed with the way the staff (looked like there was only 4 of them) helped each other and made sure our food was fresh. Someone tell the skinny blonde girl working the front she did a great job!

Truly amazing! Flavorful sauce and crunchy breading! Pictured here is the orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp- two classics in one plate! Keep it up, Panda Express!
