Avaliação da contribuiçãoWent for dinner the other night. Southwest eggrolls were ok. The mini slider burgers were under cooked. Cheese Bites were kind of gross. Our server's name was Cat. She seemed super annoyed when we asked questions about the menu. She hardly checked on us.The hostess however was a sweetheart. Unfortunately wont be back.
If you work at a place that is open till 10 you should still be working at 9 (was not busy). Server took initial order for drinks then food only. Someone else brought out food. Mine was cold and my wife 's chicken looked quite under done. Not like wecould say anything cause no one returned to check or refills and we are not the type to cause a scene. I was just hungry at thispoint so I ate my cold food. If we get sick I 'll come back and add to the review. Will not return again for this overpriced food.
We placed a to-go order since we arrived about 20 minutes before closing and dine-in service had ended. The staff was friendly, and our order was ready quickly. We tried the brisket burger with fries, loaded cheese fries, and a chicken sandwich with fries. The brisket was a bit fatty but overall quite tasty, and the sandwich was a good size. The chicken sandwich was decent as well, featuring a good portion of chicken, though it had a somewhat gamey and stringy texture that was a bit off-putting. Overall, the sandwiches were good, and the plain fries were enjoyable. Unfortunately, the loaded cheese fries turned out soggy—likely due to being contained in a smaller clamshell container. I attempted to add avocado to the fries, which probably would have made them even soggier, but the kitchen forgot to include it, even though it was listed on the receipt and we were charged for it. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I’d recommend skipping the cheese fries to go and just getting the regular fries instead. If you choose to add avocado to a sandwich for an extra dollar, make sure to double-check that it’s included. On the bright side, the service was fast and friendly!
The hamburgers here are fantastic, but the boneless buffalo wings leave much to be desired. The nachos are decent, but I wouldn’t recommend spending $11 on them since you could easily make a much better version at home with ten times the toppings.
Our waitress was fantastic! She was incredibly attentive and even pointed out ways we could save money on our order by explaining options on the back of the menu. She was so personable!
