Chili's Grill - Delavan

Every time my friend orders her favorite old-fashioned burger at this restaurant, it always comes burnt. This time was no exception. I decided to try their selection of three appetizers and my burgers also came out burnt. However, our waiter took my meal off the bill and gave my friend a complimentary piece of cheesecake to make up for it. We are regular customers at this restaurant, and our waiter has always been amazing. The only downside is that I can't remember his name.

We had a good experience with our server Anna and enjoyed the food at the restaurant. However, there was a mistake with our appetizer as we requested no bacon bits but they were still added. Because of this, we decided to skip dinner and ordered soup instead. Unfortunately, my husband ended up getting food poisoning. Due to this unfortunate experience, we do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and beautifully presented. Everything looks and tastes fantastic.

It wasn?t bad. Pretty slow on the service. The drinks took a bit to get to the table and asked for water a couple times before we actually got any. It was busy at the time. The food was hot and the waitress was friendly, probably just over booked withmore tables that she could handle.

I enjoyed the food and drinks. But their should have been another waitress. I had to ask for my drink both times. I could see it made , but everyone left it there until I asked for it.
