I am writing this review while trying to eat a very spicy chicken salad. I ordered it from the menu in the wall, but because I have low vision, I did not see the pepper next to the salad name indicating it was spicy. When I went to the desk saying that it was too spicy and that I dont eat spicy food, they did not offer a solution. The rest of the salad was fine but they should be more considered and kind. Verhage is really declining tonight was enough. 3 sandwiches with mold on the bottom, too gross for words. You might think, it could happen one day. But it is the umpteenth time that something is not right. Last time a hamburger was missing from the order when I walked back to the tent it was suggested whether I was being honest, because they had really added that hamburger. What do you think, that I'm going to lie for a hamburger sandwich on an order for 6 people?! Moreover, several times orders are incomplete (satay sauce or loose snacks, for example, are missing), and you have to hope for well baked fries. And how do you get help: you get new sandwiches. You get a new hamburger. But something like a voucher, an apology from the branch manager, or something like a gesture to the customer: whatever. Don't get me wrong, there are much worse things in the world. But for the prices being asked, you can at least expect a complete order including well baked fries and mold free sandwiches. Verhage is finished with us, which is a pity.
