Henry's - Delray Beach

Our experience was terrible when we arrived. Despite a reservation, the Curt Hostess said we had 1 option outside of ourselves. Everything else would wait 30 minutes or more. We went outside where they threw the menus on the table. The bread arrived when someone threw it on the table and went on. She didn't stop seeing that there were no butter dishes, water or cutlery. Because we were the only ones we had to wait outside until someone came by, who didn't often get anything. We ordered from a waitress who did her best, but her other tables were inside so she stayed there. My mother-in-law ordered the hardest, inedible pig's stable I've ever seen, and it was finally returned. My court and my husband was fair (bad quality meat), but we ate them without complaining. After we finished my mother in the law, a new court came. We asked the manager and Steve to arrive and apologize. Steve... we just spend $60/pp in your restaurant...maybe you could throw a free cup of coffee or cake... no Steve... just a free excuse. Well, Steve, poor service, bad food and a free apology cost you a return from this family. I think your staff could use a good course in customer service from hostess to manager!

I usually don't write reviews, but I had such a wonderful experience that I had to! About 2 weeks ago my Bf and I went out for a few drinks and we decided to try Henry for the first time. Denise was our bartender. Let's talk about EXCELLENT Service! This woman was amazing and the drinks tasted great! Absolutely back!

Unfortunately, I can't give stars, but this is exactly what this place and its staff deserves, ZERO stars. When we went in all, we stared at ourselves as if we weren't supposed to be there. We were quiet and very polite (table of two) and were still treated like Outcast. A table of 4 went in 7 minutes after us? v was sitting and the waitress with the evil racist voice gave them bread before us. People at other tables twisted their whole body to stare at us. Since we feel uncomfortable, we decided to order only one wine and get the check. If you are a person of color, this device is definitely not for you. The smell of older people surrounds the whole place. The layout reminds me of a quiet dining room. Don't spend your hard money on this tight, racist restaurant. Even the owners saw us like us? not in the right place. Definitely a waste of my money even for wine.

This is the first meal in 3 years that was a failure. It was the fish sandwich. It looked generous on the plate, but also with tartaric acid sauce and Coleslaw on the sandwich it was still dirty. Kinda frozen fish stick taste with a lighter dough. I was so hungry that I just ate it without comment. I like the service and the manager is always very welcoming. The food is normally at least one 4 and often a 5. Today, if it was only for the court, I would have given it a two. My recommendation (for my favorite restaurant in Delray Beach) is to take the Cod sandwich from the menu and replace it with a grilled fresh fish. Add to cart

I made my friend a 75th birthday and it was great!! Food was delicious and our server Patti was fantastic!!! Cindy the Manager was wonderful and so easy to work with!! Would definitely come back to Henry's!!
