I went to this restaurant and ordered one hot dog at a time, following the rule of ordering 5-7 times. This is the usual routine for me, which usually results in me giving around $10 in tips per month. However, I was made fun of for taking too much time ordering, as if it was strange to order 7 times in one sitting. The employees here seemed unwilling to accommodate my ordering habits.

I have never had a positive experience at Kavasutra, but today was particularly disappointing. My friend inquired about the taste of his hot tea and the bartender made it seem like we were bothering her by asking. When he requested syrup for his tea, it was treated as a joke to add just a small amount. After encountering such rude behavior, we decided not to order any tea. It is baffling to me how a business owner can make their customers feel like a burden when they are simply requesting service in exchange for their money. Kavasutra, you need to improve your customer service.

My first time. Great place. The staff and clientele all made me feel so welcome and I will definitely be back! Wayne went out of his way help me make informed decisions and was very accommodating. Top notch!
