Bad service, stale huh, rock hard cookies, now the only thing that was fresh were the chicken strips, I think that's why I waited in the line for so long that they cook ready. we need to manage better people!

Was ok but a better chicken deal is Walmart or Costco. Get the whole chicken for way less money.

Had to wait 20 minutes for some chicken and that's suppose to be your specialty I'm really considering that to be my last visiting your location

Called an hour ahead to ask a simple question that was answered 10 minutes later… we went there through the drive-through waiting another 10 minutes before they wanted to take the order. When I finally tried to order, the “Manager” would not let me simply Buy an item off the menu even though she told me she had it and then she came back and said they didn’t have it. The people just can’t seem to do their job and will cop an attitude with you. Will never go back here!

Always enjoy the Colonal Sanders but in this case I submitted a bad review because they had nothing left on their menu. We left and I later realized that we attempted to order 1/2 hour before closing and this better explained the lack of available items on their menu. I regret the earlier review.
