Tealive (ioi City Mall) - Dengkil

Came at 9:15pm, the workers said stop receiving orders, 3 persons sitting inside the store playing mobile phone. Stated store operating time in googlemap close at 10pm.

19/4/2023The staff not respect and so rude....we order two tealive and we also need two plastik (the malay girl staff and (the malay boy staff don't give us they lie to us the paper bag already finnish but my friend saw inside the desk have a lot the paper bag and they also making the upleasant face

They close the kios 7pm until 8pm. It's ramadhan and I can't buy a drink to break my fast

23/1/23 6pm : Wait for 30 mins for 1 single drink only and 1 original popcorn chicken. Worse, my popcorn chicken was not even pre-heated! Staff are not friendly at all!! My number was 2154 but 2159 got their order first but when I ask the staff, she said they give accordingly to the number. Isn't it obvious that mine is earlier than the 2159?

Never able to use Tealive app here. They always refuse to scan and give excuse that their system is offline. All the staff here are also very rude and uncivilised. They all show very bad and evil face staring at all customers and just sit/stand around doing nothing. Tealive management please take note the staff at this store.
