North Rig Grill - Denison

This evening on a proposal from Coworker. Today was everything you can eat fish on Sunday. The fish was perfect! No heavy bread, delicious and crisp. The hush puppies had onions in them I like. The okra was not mushy. Oh, and the Squash-Medley was very delicious. Sweet tea was also a thumb up. We'll try the steak. Our wonderful waitress Tallia was so helpful to answer all our questions. Sometimes they also have live music. Great place to watch sports in their very cool bar. There are exterior seats and open exterior seats. Everything around the Great Restaurant!

Olivia was a big server. She got our food out hot. The food was great! The Jalapeno stripe for appetizer was delicious, only enough heat for the paprika to make them pleasant. My husband had the chicken steak he said was good. He tried my chicken strips and said they were better than his meal. These were not frozen pre-ground strips, they were fresh. Very cheap! Appetizer and two meals, no drinks, was $29. with a $7. tip; from the door for $36. This will be my way to the restaurant when I drive Houston to Tulsa and return.

Justyse was an amazing waitress, super beautiful and always available for everything we needed. The food was so delicious! We got the fried mushrooms as an appetizer and they were so juicy, but also crispy. Then ribeye steak was cooked for perfection with the best onion rings I've ever had! Caesar Salat was also worthy of the most amazing croutons and dressing. Come on!

The food was great as usual. Steak cooks perfectly. But it was amazing, our waiter Luke. He said it was his first day, but he was waiting for us as if he was here for years. Never walked out of drinking, our challenging order came out exactly as we ordered. A great experience.

Best chicken fried steak mashed potatoes in Sherman Denison! Glass of sweet tea tops off the whole thing. Can’t beat a bite of this. Really great vibe, music, service for an overall fantastic meal experience.
