Mcdonald's Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

You door says 6 a.m for the dining room. Twice out of the last three weeks I have gotten here and the doors for the dining room have been locked. Today I was there at 6:39 a.m. How am I supposed to pick up a mobile order when I can't even get into the building? I had to tell somebody at the drive through window to open the doors. I drive a 12 foot high box truck, I don't fit in their drive through. Do better.

Horrible worst ever 45mins for a big Mac meal that's ridiculous cold food

Went through the drive through. I had worked late and just wanted a quick meal. The fries were cold the service was fast the food was just mediocre.

If you live in Cheswick or Springdale I suggest you go to the New Kensington McDonald's. Everytime I go to the Harmar one the kid at the register makes a mistake with my payment or change and then tells me I'm wrong and have to get a manager to fix it,and the basket of fry meals the fries are never bigger than a regular fry and I only ever get 2 sauces with a 20 piece nugget I wouldn't of posted this for just one occasion it happens everytime

Ordered online, took forever at the window and had us pulled forward. Food was cold. All these kids want paid 14$ 15$ a hour and can't even work.
