Avaliação da contribuiçãoCatrachos has amazing Honduran food! Staff was very accommodating to an ignorant white boy trying to figure out what I wanted to eat. My *only* complaint is that there aren't any meal descriptions written down. There are pictures and they'll tell youwhat's in it, but it'd be nice to have a menu so I don't feel so bothersome asking the staff 20 questions lol.
Delicious caldo de res. The lady doing the cooking is so friendly.I will definitely return to this hidden jewel of restaurant. It is definitely a wonderful change as this restaurant sets itself apart from the rest.
I?m Honduran and can confirm that the pollo con tajadas is mouthwatering here. 10/10 recommend! Although, I may be bias, I think you?ll enjoy the food here! Great customer service as well.
This place is a real hidden gem. The food was exceptional. Delicious, interesting and authentic. We ordered the Baleadas (a meal on their own), Pastelitos (crunchy, hearty, saucy), Pupusas (bean and cheese for me), and Tamales (different but really, reallytasty). I would recommend any of these to anyone and I'll definitely be back to try more. Clean bathrooms too!
The food is awesome! It was just the 2 of us but I ordered about 6 different things knowing I'd be taking some home. It's a small local cultural restaurant with good food, not commercial. Everyone was friendly from the moment we walked in, followedthrough with the Goodbyes/Adios. We'll definitely be back. You order at the front and take a seat for your food to be brought toyou. Parking in the front is limited but you can park on the back street (Myrtle St)and walk to the front with no problem. That's what we did. It was quick and easy. There were other vehicles parked there too ????
