Customer service needs improvement. Will drive to Seminole subway next time.

I love subway. But the subway in Denver City needs to get their own phone. I have a back problem. So I order carry out but sometimes I need drive through or curb side. But when I call the people that answer are from stripes and they do not make it easy to talk to someone in subway. They won't even give a message. I have literally not ate subway so many times because of this. They really **** me off.

The lady was rude and didn't listen order us not exactly what we wanted. Very disappointed

A young white male employee named Netflix had some wonderful things to say about his manager, Cristina. The ambiance of the place is fantastic.
