Good Times Burgers Frozen Custard

I never have a pleasant experience at this Good Times restaurant. They always seem to mix up my order (including this latest visit). However, I do appreciate the drive-thru convenience and my dog enjoys the treats they give him. I usually use the outdoor order window while walking with my dog, which adds to the comfort of the experience.

I would have given this restaurant 6 stars, but the signs were a little confusing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, despite my making things inconvenient for them. The food was delicious, with creative topping pairings you would typically only find at a high-end sit-down restaurant. The restaurant is dog-friendly, but the restroom located outside lacked toilet paper and could have used a good cleaning. It was strange to see this during Covid times, especially since it wasn't very busy when I was there from 6:30 to 7:30pm for walk-ups. There was also a camper parked nearby with 3+ people in it, which may have contributed to the lack of cleanliness in the restroom.

Despite the windy weather, the dining experience at this restaurant was excellent. The dish I ordered was served hot with fresh ingredients, and the soda was the perfect beverage to complement my meal. Thank you for a great time.

I normally don't like to leave negative reviews, but I ordered 2 burgers and both were completely incorrect, to the extent that they did not meet any dietary restrictions. After driving home and realizing this, I went to the nearest location to see if they could correct my order, but was met with rude customer service and a brief response about returning to the original location due to money and inventory issues. When I asked for more information, I was not given a clear answer. I will be returning for a refund and will not be supporting this restaurant again.
