Sa in the journey through the line for 20 minutes without movement (causing a line.) when I left, I realized that the person before me was not actually ordered in the line, so I went around and went to order. I noticed someone was parked through the line that holds about 5 other cars. he laughed on the way through and said, "Oh, maybe they should go around him." I answered that I was honest to go and I wasn't the first person. the man was unaffected and I didn't care that the person had a line up because he was behind a window that didn't do anything.
The Hispanic lady working the drive thru is extremely rude. She wouldn’t let us finish our order kept asking after each item you done, each item she didn’t understand and input incorrectly. She then stopped talking to us over the speaker (mind you we were being respectful for how rude and short she was being) we had to drive up to the window we asked her to repeat our order all she said is what you want… not once repeated our order just kept adding things as we kept trying to tell her what we wanted/tried to correct our order. I’ve never been treated so rude by anyone… granted it is McDonalds I understand but this was absolutely ridiculous. I hope this lady finds the peace she needs in her life and starts treating people with more respect.
Right on par with expected service at McDonald's but beware....you need to specify everything you need including dipping sauce for chicken mcnuggets, napkins, ketchup, forks, straws. If you just order a meal, don't expect to get any type of condiments or utensils (like dipping sauce for your mcnuggets).
Asked if they could make me my breakfast items over the phone, explained I was stuck in traffic (snow) and that they were about to move to dinner menu. They said they would no problem. I get there and they told me they THREW AWAY MY FOOD! Manager gave me a nasty attitude and proceeded to obviously laugh at me in Spanish to all the workers who could understand her. I would’ve preferred they just tell me I couldn’t get breakfast if it was too late, but why try to act like you’re going to be accommodating only for someone to get all the way there and be lied to. A literal bait and switch. And this is after I waited in the drive through another day for 30 minutes and when I get up to the window they’re suddenly closed, and me and the whole line behind me were just denied food. Buy this location says they’re “24 hours”
