Avaliação da contribuiçãoArrived with daughter and two grandchildren about 11:30am. Despite most tables and booths we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. (23 July 2022) Waitress arrived a few minutes after we were seated. One of the items I really enjoy is their salad. This time is was simply poor. Usually lettuce is cold and crisp. This time very soggy. There was only two hot peppers and two black olives and an over abundance of onions. Not up to par. Food was good and good sized portions. Grandson played some games on the table top unit provided by Olive Garden. SURPRISE. The bill included a charge for using the game unit. Not a big deal but you should be advised there is a charge rather than tacking on the bill. Easy parking.
This Olive Garden location upholds the Olive Garden standard. This location is in the Northfield shops area of Denver and, as big as the area is I had to use GPS to find it. The staff greeted us as we entered the restaurant. We were waiting on a friend and they offered to have us look around a bit to see if my friend had arrived so that was nice. Once seated our staff member was attentive and made sure to ask us if we wanted cheese on everything. (my favorite) I was visiting a friend whom I haven’t seen in a couple of years, so it was a nice place to sit and visit and catch up. All of our requests were met. We even added a to go order to the bill at the end. The to go order seemed to take the longest to be ready, but overall, the experience is what you would expect at an Olive Garden that is keeping up with the standards set by the company. All of our food tasted great and the salad was fresh. I appreciate having a great experience, especially when traveling, at a place you recognize from back home when you don’t have time, or it isn’t convenient to eat local for one meal.
Shirianna is a Rockstar! Deserves raise and promotion- excellent customer service super personable and patient. You guys got a diamond in the rough there! Best experience I've had at Olive Garden like... EVERI didnt like how the servers would walk by me even though I'm waving flaggin them down to get a simple request fulfilled....like a name?? So I can write positive reviews....
Unfortunately, our server wasn't very knowledgeable about the beverage menu and couldn't answer our questions regarding the various dishes. I’ve been to other Olive Garden locations and have always been pleased with both the food and service. For some reason, this restaurant did not meet the standards we expect from Olive Garden. I really wanted to give it a five-star rating, but I don’t think that would be an honest reflection of our experience.
This location is a bit smaller than some others, but the dining experience is just as enjoyable. Our service was exceptional, which is impressive considering how difficult it is to find a large staff these days. This afternoon, I tried the soup and salad—four soups in total, and I sampled all of them, even going back for two refills, along with a fresh, crunchy salad. Everything, including the broth and breadsticks, is not only delicious but also a healthier choice for those watching their diet.
