Avaliação da contribuiçãoI was struggling. I just couldn 't find a nice-looking independent coffee shop in Derby. Then I stumbled across Milk Honey. The coffee shop is at the back, through a small (but very appealing) gift area. Truly excellent coffee and a really scrumptious, very 'cinnamony ' cinnamon bun to go with it it. The lunches being served up looked delicious too, as did the bread and deli goods. Friendly service. Friendly prices.
Walking up Sadler Gate and decided to pop in mid-Afternoon. We were very surprised at the choice and quality of food on offer. I had spinach soup with soda bread and my partner had a smooth meat and a vegetarian pate with toast. Both were delicious and well worth the money. They also stock artisan cheeses and couture meats including a range of baked goods to take away. Will definitely be returning here as it was so nice.
What a little gem in the centre of Derby! We had an amazing lunch with fresh, generous portions. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend it.
Such a lovely cafe and really friendly staff. I went in for a coffee with my 2 year old and we had a very nice experience. The staff were happy to chat with us and went above and beyond with their service. Very reasonable prices and such fresh products. The little shop is lovely too.
Now that we have found this cafe, we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else when we visit Derby. It's always a lovely, relaxing experience one where all the staff seem to be genuinely pleased to see you. There's always a smile and they're happy to advise on the menus. We aim to try something different each time and have never been disappointed. The Graze Board that we had last time was unbelievable...such quality food and everything is reasonably priced. We usually buy some cheese from the counter too the best blue cheese we have ever tasted.
