The guy who made my hot chocolate asked me to try it to see if he i liked it as he said he's not perfect and if i don't like it he will make a better one for me. There wasn't too bad of a line, but that customer support was great. Not many industrys would care if it tastes burnt or had the wrong taste, so it was nice to see that this man wanted my opinion to make himself better.
The food was okay. Typical McDonald's. I was very upset where yu get the ketchup. They had no cups to put it in. I tried to get some without the cup and it sprayed all over my clothes. Won't stop there again.
Went inside to grab some food and was there 30 minutes waiting for my food. 2 other people ordered and they got their number called, and got their food but they never called my number out, Then when I ask about my food they say I was wondering around, when I was standing there waiting patiently, and they even gave me attitude and said they went out looking for us when I was standing right there, worst McDonald 's ever, horrible customer service, I 've managed restuarants and am appalled how they run that establishment. I thought McDonald 's had higher standards.
Poorest customer service ever! Wrong food delivered at drive through. Asked to exchange happy meal toy as we already had that one. Very rude staff who didn't want to do it. When we drove away and realized food was wrong, went into store asked to speak to a manager. Gal said she was a manager when it escalated as I threw a fit, it became apparent she was not the top manager on duty.....if a manager at all! Will not be returning. Will drive 2 miles out of my way to another store before going to this store again.
Order kiosk only, which is really annoying. Fountain has no ice. Did not receive drink cup until asked. There are place numbers that you were in your table so that they know where to being food, but they don't...bring the food? Instead, that call out your order number...maybe. And no it's not the number on your placard. It's the one on your receipt, which we didn't get. Noticed that they started calling out food items instead of numbers. It's like they have no idea what they're doing... Go somewhere else to eat.
