Starbucks - Des Moines

Got a cafe vanilla frappe and it was basically just liquid…. And it was my birthday…and she had a attitude

New grad student and a few of us wanted to meet here for coffee before class for breakfast on Saturday but y'all open too late. Saturday classes often start at 9am. Consider this.

This is a really nice little Starbucks in downtown Iowa City. It is normally VERY busy especially during meal times and in the mornings. Overall it is a pretty standard Starbucks, due to how busy it is there do tend to be little mistakes here and there with drink orders sometimes but considering how packed they are with customers and mobile orders I am more than willing to turn my eye to this!

Terrible client experience. They never pay attention to your order.
