Avaliação da contribuiçãoThat was excellent, I can't say that. the service was terrible. we had to wait personnel for everything we got. we had reservations but were not set until 20 minutes before the reservation. Nobody asks if we like drinks, we had to ask. When I asked about brot, I was told that it wasn't ready. When the brot came, I had to ask for bread plates. the waitress brought us down, not teller. After 45 minutes waiting for our food, I ask when our food comes. she said it shouldn't be more than 20 minutes, but she would check. 5 minutes later a waiter brought our lukewarm food. it is so sad because the taste of eating was good. I'm just wondering about the preparation. another thing, there were no toilet paper in the room of the dame. my friend asks for paper and was delivered with paper napkins. an hour later asked women still toilet paper. When I came in, they had locked a stall and there was paper in the open stall.
Eating was not as good as they opened first. they must change the chefs and also, I enjoy coming to this restaurant because they had a whole lobster on the menu. now it's gone. sad sad sad sad sad sad
I came to this restaurant with my family and had a terrible experience! I ordered the fried double-lobster tail and received 1 1/2 lobster tail. After I mentioned this to the waitress, I was asked to give the manager the 1/2 lobster, sean, that he was picked up with his hands and ran out with him. the waitress also asked me to return an additional page of sweetness that was released before the lobster was returned. the waitress tried to go to the table with the fried lobster tail replacement, but the waitress went to the manager to show sean first that the new lobster tail was 1/2 as the first. the waitress tried to give me the 1/2 lobster dick and explained that she wanted to sean to testify that the new lobster dick was the first same size as the one I had sent back (in seans hands.) the waitress informed me that sean said it was okay to serve me another 1/2 lobster dick and will bring another without fee. I rejected the 1/2 lobster dick because I am angry at this point. how do they go to inspection the eating of someone over the whole restaurant and bring it back to the customer? How unprofessional, inattentive and disgusting is that? After I had praised my thinking with sean, I was actually calculated for a meal $9 less and was never offered a substitution or any resolving. this was my second time to visit this restaurant and will never return. I would definitely recommend no one to dinate there, as the waitress and manager, sean delivered terrible customer service!
Excellent meal, wish the wine list was bigger but overall very good
We sat there for over an hour and a half and our food still had not come out. It took a half hour to get our drinks. We left without eating because we would have been late to our concert. Very understaffed- many of the tables left without eating.
