Pizza Hut - Devine

Horrible experience! The food was alright but the service was terrible. Our waiter was incredibly rude and we were never offered the specials of the day. The staff seemed disorganized and the temperature in the restaurant was uncomfortably hot. My kids and I were sweating the entire time. We will never go back.

This restaurant never puts enough cheese on their pizza, it's basically all sauce. I got tired of always having to bring my own bag of cheese to add on top - it would melt on the way home. I even found out from a former employee that they are instructed to only put a thin layer of cheese because it's the most expensive ingredient. They also told me that if they run out of cheese, they actually put even less on the pizza. I don't even know how that's possible. There's no other option but to buy your own cheese and add it in the car. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs if you want a flavorful pizza experience.

The customer requested a special seating area and ordered two large pizzas for $19.99. When inquiring about the cost of extra toppings, the waitress explained that adding any toppings would negate the special offer. Despite expressing a desire to pay for the extra toppings, the waitress maintained the same explanation. The kitchen was very loud with shouting and joking, which detracted from the dining experience.

Customer service not the best! then they make a face when I pointed out that they changed me briefly. a very bitter experience. a short dame called anita, which runs around with a stuffed look at her face and a matching setting. 1 pizza without seafood sauce ordered and the customer service sucks. I called to complain about the pizza. she offered to bring back the pizza, and she would replace it. we lived 15 miles outside. I wasn't back, that should never have happened. we were the only customers there. no excuse!

I would give 5 stars but as I was sitting waiting for my order I was hearing so very bad language coming from the kitchen area. They need to realize that their could be small children eating. Other than that excellent
