Domino's Pizza - Dickinson

The Domino's call center is a disaster! I had to speak to four different people before I finally reached the right one to place my pizza order for lunch. I'm from Dickinson, ND, and dealing with Domino's has been so frustrating!

My delivery took two hours to arrive, and I will not be using this place again.

Villard Dominos is incredibly disappointing. When I used to order from another Domino's, they were always prompt. Here, I've waited over half an hour without any updates. When I call to inquire, they just reassure me that the pizza is on the way, and then I end up waiting another hour. I love Domino's, but I'm at my breaking point with this location. If I order pizza because I don't have time to cook, then I certainly don't have time to wait two hours for it to arrive, yet this has become a routine occurrence. If they could at least inform customers about the extended wait time when they place their order, it would alleviate a lot of frustrations. They need to improve their efficiency—making a pizza shouldn’t take this long!

We are staying at a local hotel and after a harrowing few days of travel, we just wanted to eat in. We ordered a small pizza and the stuffed spinach bread, which were hot, fresh, and tasty! Our delivery driver was great and deserved the extra tip. Thank you, Dominoes of Dickinson!
