Avaliação da contribuiçãoI had the worst service of my life at this place We were served by Marie Ève, we waited 25 minutes before someone came to see us, only to have our glasses thrown at the table and be answered very very stupidly when we were super courteous. We still left a 15% tip.. she criticized us for not having left enough tip.. after the bad service we had I think that 15% was very well deserved! In short, service-wise it was a big Zero. I will not return
During an evening with friends at Terminus, we were thrown out for no good reason. We had paid and started playing and suddenly an employee came and told us we had to leave because supposedly one member of our party was underage. We were totally incomprehensible! None of us were minors. We told him we could show him our other IDs, but the manager wouldn't let us speak. He took our balls during our game and without giving us an explanation and with a very arrogant tone, he forced us to leave. In short, I do not recommend this place in any way.
Jovial and dynamic place for Christmas party. Excellent meal
Was with a group for lunch and had the buffet, which was decent. One of our group who had confirmed attendance ended up sick and was unable to join us. When the bill came, they advised I was to pay the $35 for the party who couldn't make it. I didn't bother arguing since I didn't want to cause a scene, but feel that it was very poor customer service to charge for the one person who didn't make it. I can understand charging for weddings or such, but for a billards hall with a lunch buffet, I think that is very poor. Me and my group were very disappointed. We won't be back.
We went there as a group for our Christmas party. The meal was excellent and the atmosphere very relaxed. Unfortunately, I will never set foot there again. One person did not come, out of a dozen, and we were forced to pay $35 for the missing person. I don 't think the quantity of food prepared would have changed for one more or less person, especially since the place was full and we all shared the same buffet. Also, the important part is that the person who had booked for us had not been warned of this small detail. The moral of this story, make sure you 're all there if you 're booking for a group, otherwise, you 'll still pay. Personally, I won 't go anymore.
