Fast, friendly and precise service! This dining room had very limited seats, perhaps for increased COVID conditions. Dining room was clean and part of it setup for deliveries and/or order online pickup. I appreciated the possibility of dining for my situation, even if it was limited.
A busy shopping center with only one real entrance/exit. Speed of order delivery was just ok. No fork included in bag (needed for grilled chicken nuggets). Rather than number parking spots, there are zones for mobile order delivery/pickup.
Listen, FIL a is the best ever, but these I love and so glad that it is near my residence. The staff is so friendly and depending on the day they already know what I will order. They are proven and very effective to move their long journey through lines quickly. You're patient with me to check my orders before I go, and I appreciate the most, as I do great orders due to my family dynamics.
I ordered my food for delivery and received a text message indicating that my food was delivered. No one was at my door and no food. My food was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted the restaurant and then the number specifically for deliveries at 11:25. I told them what happened and asked for a refund for food that was not delivered to me. You said they would ask the manager for my request. I didn't hear anything, so I contacted her again at 3:40 and was told that the morning manager had gone for the day and would come back to me tomorrow. This is completely unacceptable. What is there to find out? No delivery full refund.
