I was there on the 21st february and waited for about an hour to eat when I got everything cold. I don't like being forced to give a tip when eating extremely cold I would never go again

I went there on February 21 I waited about one hour for my food when I did get it everything was cold . I do not like being forced to give a tip when the food was extremely cold I would never go to again

The food is good, but the customer service is terrible. They are very disorganized, leaving customers waiting in long lines. Some people manage to cut ahead because they’re more assertive and step up to the counter, similar to how cashiers in grocery stores operate. This mentality often leads to confrontations outside. I ended up tipping 15% for the drinks I ordered online with my card, but I felt treated poorly. No thanks!

Crafty Crab offers fantastic food and drinks. The sauces are flavorful and not greasy like those at other places. Be sure to ask for Lex when you sit at the bar!

The wait is always short when they place their order online, and the staff is very friendly and attentive.
