Starbucks - District of North Vancouver

Horrible service...didn't have enough change so they refused to take cash. I finally got enough cash to order and they didn't ask me for my name, ordered two hot chocolate croissant and lemon tea, she gave me a cold croissant first...then I waited around for 6 minutes and nothing was served, I reminded them I ordered two before they hurriedly gave me another croissant, also cold...I waited for almost another 10 minutes, realized they might be forgot my drink, reminded them two minutes later immediately made it for me ......

Mobile ordered 2 matcha lattes, one hot one iced. Drank halfway through each of them and both me and my friend got mouthfuls of chunks of matcha powder. Opened the lid and the inside of the cup was caked in powder. Absolutely unacceptable, it takes 10 seconds to stir a drink properly. They are a very busy location and I can't imagine how many times this has happened to other people as well. I called to complain and explained that I paid 12 dollars for two undrinkable lattes, and the woman on the phone explained that sometimes the steamers don't mix the powder properly, offered a lame apology and ended the call-didn't even offer to make us new drinks.I've received better customer service from a 15 year old at McDonalds. Do better.

This place has been my first go-to Starbucks branch for almost 4 months now. I've been there more than I can count and I've never been disappointed.The environment is so cozy with a huge patio. It's always clean. the staff are absolutely amazing. They manage busiest hours perfectly without sacrificing the quality of drinks. Matej is so friendly and nice. I deeply appreciate his manner. Reading favorite books while enjoying every sip of favorite drinks really makes my day.Thanks guys

Love to sit here to study, and the folks working here are all so sweet and helpful, but lately it's been full of fruit flies! Eek! ?
