Jack's - Dodge City

Terrible customer service. they ignore and are slow. they would rather play on their handys and slavish. has not waited. I went out. never again.

Dirty tables. a very good service. water drips on the table. waited forever, just to get our command. my chicken fingers were cold after an absurdly long time.

Burger was overcooked and the facilities were not the cleanest. Staff was friendly.

Clean place, but it was BIGGER BEFORE THEY REMODELED, it seems to me that a critical reason to remodel, would be to make it bigger,DUUUUHHHH.

The staff were ignoring customers in the lobby and doing orders one at a time. I waited 20 minutes just to order. Workers had no haste. I'm not trying to be nitpicky but this crew was just being lazy.
