Ilan mona at the Fire restaurant/bar was amazing. First class service. Very polite and always wanted to make you feel at home.. done everything for us to make our evening meal and drinks afterwards special.. made bday meal special. Made visit from UK extra special. And would definitely stay at hotel based on staffs service

We didn't stay at the hotel but had a booking at Fire restaurant for my sisters birthday. We travelled from the UK for the occasion and were not disappointed. Ilan our waiter went above and beyond to ensure my sisters birthday was memorable I could not recommend this restaurant any higher, food was amazing, service impeccable, beautiful decor. A group of 4 dined for a friend’s birthday. For me as a vegan the food choices were limited which was a shame however, the service from our server Ilan was 10/10. He was very attentive and answered all the questions I had relating to the food and allergen information. In addition, he made sure that the birthday person was well looked after. Visited from the UK for my birthday, although I was not staying at the hotel we ate at Fire restaurant. The food was delicious. The service was impeccable specifically Ilan, he went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. Along side him Mona in the bar was lovely and I couldn't recommend Fire any more.
