Wendy's - Doral

I always come to this Wendy’s because closer to me is at home, but that’s not the only reason I go there and eat because my mother was an employee at another Wendy’s for many years and it’s also the job she retired. I remember when I was younger when I waited in the lobby to wait for my mother to get away from her shift without having someone to take care of me. Wendy's was all, but great with my mother and me, I understand that after Corona hit, all business went a star or two, but we all have jobs and we all know how hard is to do a job when there are short things, I'm sure we were all hard I know! I did it. When Corona hit my own job, we were short and we as a group are no longer able to do the normal. I read and saw the pictures Wendy's customers post, and I don't say it's not true, but I just ask everyone to give it a second chance. Everyone goes through a lot, but we need more patience and more understanding will not be mad at the people who try to help you, the best way they can be possible, instead we give them thanks for being there. Every day throughout the mess they listened to and served us day by day. Remember that we all have a mother or a child or a family member or even us, be it with Wendys or any other job, tell us stories about how bad the day has been put into their shoes and think twice, smile treat people as you like to be treated do not hurt and say harmful things God bless all workers and happy blessings the whole world...

Through the ride thru and was the only car in the line. I order my food and repeat myself several times for clarity. I ordered a strawberry limonade and they gave me a regular. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and they gave me a sugar cookie and I ordered and forgot to put it in the bag. When I came in to get my chili, there were over five people working on the inside and there were no customers. There's no excuse for an order, totally messed up. The whole staff must be tested with drugs, especially the manager who was on the 14th day. February 2021 worked between 3:05-3:15, which was the time when I visited this place.

Wow. The best Wendys. I was just there twice and every time people were great. They gave me options that also saved Bucks. I actually ordered more. Great work. Service is fast, professional and simply super nice. Thank you. The food was great.

Very bad service. Went in drive through, first mistake cashier did not re-read order to us or let us know price just told us to come to window. When we got to window the second cashier took our money and did not give us a receipt and gave us the wrong change back. We asked for the receipt to make sure and she did in fact keep a dollar. We let her keep the dollar. As the first cashier comes to hand us our drinks we told her we had asked to upgrade one of the 4 for 4s to a large, she started arguing with us that she only upgraded the fries. We didn?t think it was a big deal we would pay the difference we just wanted a large soda. She snatched the drink to change it then handed us the food. Upon checking the bags of food, she in fact did not upgrade the fries either which we did in fact pay for and gave us 3 nuggets instead of 4, also did not give us straws. Definitely not coming back to this location. Could just be an off day but not a good experience.

The food was actually fresh and good, but poor service.
