Pizza on Earth - Dorset

We are delighted that we ultimately chose to make the journey, as the Trillium and Firetower were fantastic! A big thank you for a wonderful and distinct dining experience, featuring dishes from the Haliburton and Muskoka regions.

The staff were very friendly and we didn't have to cook anything! The pizzas were excellent.

This is a must if they travel or stay close to dorset. the pizza is the best with cute names that represent local cities. great service, wonderful tee, coffee and smoothies also!

This is our go-to pizza spot, and we've tried pizza from many different places! We were eagerly anticipating their winter reopening, and our first bite back exceeded our expectations and brought back memories of previous visits.

My husband loves lots of sauce on his pizza and I think he’s right to want it the way he likes it. We asked for double the sauce and he was emphatic when he ordered that the pizzas would need to be cooked extra as...a result. Well, there was some black on the crusts but the centre of both pizzas was uncooked. We made the mistake of coming to the restaurant the Tuesday after Labour Day last year, when it was already closed mid week for the season. We waited a year to come back….bugs finally died down enough, so we could hike near Dorset too and justify the long drive from our home south of Minden. I chose to shove the toppings over onto the edge of the crusts and throw out the centre half of each slice. Didn’t even eat the last slice…that’s a first and the pizza is pricey. Disappointed as there is no good pizza other than this (it must be good, given all the big reviews… in the entire County of Haliburton, and as noted, we had been anticipating a very nice wood fired pizza crust and possibly even bagels too (some reviews had mentioned, but they aren’t making them this year . Pi.Co in Toronto can do lots of sauce with cooked dough although it has taken some persuasion, and an assurance that we do really like it that way. Will have to keep going there, as husband was quite ticked and will refuse to go to this place again
