Chick-fil-a - Dothan

As always super efficient and ready to help. I was intimidated by the length of the line when we pulled up. I needed a gift card but hadn't been able to find one in our local retail stores. I was disappointed I couldn't order one for curbside pick. But they moved us though quickly. My Recommendation is to use curbside for food orders. Always super fast and less frustrating. I've ordered in the parking lot and been on my way faster than people in the drive thru line.

The line was huge but in true Chick-Fil-A fashion, they had us through the line with our exact order in record time. Great, friendly, accurate service!

'intimdatingly surprising! Upon first glance of the traffic wrapped around the building and a full parking lot of customers waiting at curbside...I quickly informed my daughters that we would be getting take out...some place else! However...once I was met with a car full of upset and hungry faces...I gave in and found a single spot left in the curbside frenzy. Much to my surprise...we had our order within 10 minutes of me completing our order in the app. Always good...always fun...always quality service.

They are so busy they have had to hire someone to direct traffic, but they still have a smooth transition even though this place is crowded...especially this summer. I love Chick-fil-A and see why people always go back for more! We need another one of these in Dothan West!
